Our Commitment First
We have never had a man complete this work and leave unchanged. If you attend your sessions, complete your assignments, and engage in the process, you will finish this journey a better communicator, with significantly improved emotional regulation, and with tools you will use for the rest of your life.
Before the Journey Begins
If you enroll and change your mind before your first Transformation Call, contact us within 72 hours of payment for a full refund, no questions asked.
After the Journey Begins
Because this is a private coaching engagement with limited capacity - your enrollment reserves a place that cannot be given to another man - payments are non-refundable once the journey begins, except as described below.
The Engagement Guarantee
If you attend every scheduled session, complete every writing assignment, engage fully in the work between calls, and at the end of 90 days genuinely believe the journey did not deliver what we promised - talk to us. We will either work with you until it does, or we will make it right. Our job is not done until you get what you came here for. You are not a number. You are the reason we built this.
What Is Not Covered
- Refunds requested due to non-participation, missed sessions, or incomplete assignments
- Change of circumstances unrelated to the quality of the journey
- Requests made after the journey has been completed
